Midleton Distillery

Midleton Distillery in County Cork is the home of Irish Distillers, part of Pernod Ricard. The new distillery started production in July 1975, and today it makes Jameson, Powers and the Spot whiskeys as well as Redbreast and Midleton Very Rare.

Midleton is the heartland of single pot still whiskey, the Irish style distilled from a mash of malted and unmalted barley in copper pot stills. Redbreast is its best-known example: we stock the 12 Year, 12 Year Cask Strength, 15 Year and 21 Year, plus the Lustau sherry and Moscatel wine cask editions.

Midleton Very Rare is the distillery's prestige blend, released as a new vintage every year.
