The Redbreast Lustau Edition brings the celebrated Irish single‑pot‑still whiskey style together with a refined Spanish finishing influence. Initially matured for 9‑12 years in bourbon and sherry casks, it then spends an extra year in first‑fill Oloroso sherry butts from Lustau in Jerez, Spain, to deepen its character and complexity. 
On the nose you'll find rich infusions of dark fruits — prunes, figs, dates — married with marzipan, toasted oak and aromatic spice.
On the palate, silky‑smooth pot still texture delivers lush dried fruit, liquorice, honeyed vanilla and fresh Spanish oak, with the sherry finish creating an elegant sweep through warmth and depth.
Bottled at 46% ABV, this edition stands out as a dessert‑style whiskey with gravitas — ideal neat, with a single large ice cube, or paired thoughtfully with rich chocolate, figs or nutty cheeses.
