Edradour

Edradour has been making whisky in the hills above Pitlochry since 1825, and it is still one of the smallest traditional distilleries in Scotland. Its wash still holds just 4,200 litres and the spirit still 2,200 litres, so every cask is a small batch. Since 2002 it has been owned by Andrew Symington of Signatory Vintage.

Edradour is famous for rich, sherried Highland malt and adventurous cask finishes. The 10 Year Dark Sherry Cask is the house style at its fullest, while the Pinot Noir and Sauvignon wine-cask releases show how far the spirit can travel.

The distillery also makes Ballechin, a heavily peated single malt distilled a few days a week. Our Ballechin 13 Year Cask Strength combines smoke with Edradour's rich, fruity character.
