Signatory Vintage

Signatory Vintage is one of Scotland's best-known independent bottlers. Andrew Symington founded the company in 1988 to buy single casks from distilleries all over Scotland and bottle them under his own label. Since 2002 Signatory has been based in Pitlochry, where it also owns the Edradour distillery.

Independent bottlings let you taste famous distilleries in styles they rarely release themselves. The Un-Chillfiltered Collection is bottled without chill filtration, the Cask Strength releases come straight from the barrel, and the Symington's Choice and Monuments of Scotland series pick out rare and older casks.

Our shelves currently include single malts from Glenlivet, Laphroaig, Clynelish, BenRiach, Benrinnes, Auchentoshan and Bunnahabhain, plus single grains from North British and Port Dundas.
