Uncharted Whisky Co.

Uncharted Whisky Co. is a small independent bottler run by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos, two whisky people with years in Scotland's drinks industry. They taste their way through hundreds of casks and only bottle the ones that stand out: the unusual, the characterful and the downright delicious.

Every release gets its own name and label, and the casks come from distilleries across Scotland. On our shelves you'll find a 13-year-old Glen Elgin (Tapestry), a 9-year-old Auchentoshan (Waiting for the Sun), a 10-year-old Braeval (Higher Ground), two Highland Park casks aged 20 and 22 years (Park Life), and a 28-year-old Loch Lomond single grain (Caledonian Dreaming).
