This expression is made exclusively from 100% Blue Cane (Canne Bleue) — a rare, heritage sugarcane variety prized for its complexity and depth. Aged in American oak barrels, it presents a deep mahogany colour with roasted notes of prunes, dried fruit, and toast. Rich and intense on the palate, with a long, warming finish that speaks of Martinique's volcanic terroir and decades of craft.
