Snow Crescent (雪の三日月) is a naturally sparkling sake crafted using the traditional in-bottle secondary fermentation method, producing fine, persistent bubbles and a delicate effervescence that sets it apart from carbonated alternatives. The result is a sake of remarkable elegance — light, refined, and deeply aromatic.

Pale and luminous in the glass, Snow Crescent opens with aromas of fresh rice, white peach, yuzu, and subtle floral notes. The palate is gently sweet and creamy, with a lively mousse and a clean, refreshing finish.
