• Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum (50ml) — bold Jamaican punch, 63% vol.
• Clément Bana Canne (50ml) — French Caribbean banana liqueur from Martinique, 25% vol.
• Galliano L'Autentico (50ml) — vanilla & alpine herbs, 42.3% vol.
• Angostura Bitters (10ml) — aromatic dash, 44.7% vol.
• Printed recipe card

Makes 6 cocktails. Just add fresh pineapple, orange and lime juice, plus ice.

The recipe

25ml Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum, 25ml El Dorado 12 Year Rum or any dark Carribbean rum of your choice, 15ml Clément Bana Canne, 10ml Galliano L'Autentico, 40ml fresh pineapple juice, 25ml fresh orange juice, 10ml fresh lime juice, 1 dash Angostura bitters. Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple and orange.

ABV: approx. 22–23% per serving.
