• El Dorado 12 Year Rum (50ml) — aged Guyanese depth & complexity, 40% vol.
• Clément Bana Canne (50ml) — French Caribbean banana liqueur from Martinique, 25% vol.
• Galliano L'Autentico (50ml) — vanilla & alpine herbs, 42.3% vol.
• Angostura Bitters (10ml) — aromatic dash, 44.7% vol.

Makes 6 cocktails. Just add fresh pineapple, orange and lime juice, plus ice.

The recipe

25ml Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum, 25ml El Dorado 12 Year Rum, 15ml Clément Bana Canne, 10ml Galliano L'Autentico, 40ml fresh pineapple juice, 25ml fresh orange juice, 10ml fresh lime juice, 1 dash Angostura bitters. Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple and orange.

ABV: approx. 22–23% per serving.
