De Mederie “Oh la la la” is a distinctive barrel-aged cider crafted in Belgium by the innovative cider-makers Jorre & Loick. Combining Normandy cider apple varieties with locally handpicked older Belgian apples, this dry cider undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is then aged in barrels previously used for mead or beer. The result is a layered and complex expression, enriched with the added depth of sour berries such as red currant, blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry, griot cherries, and blueberries.

This artisanal cider shows a pale pink‑ruby hue. The nose calls with vibrant aromas of tart red apples and wild berries, followed by subtle notes of honey and barrel influence.
