I am a sake importer based in Utrecht. Four years ago, I moved from Japan to the Netherlands to start this business.
Sake, Japan’s national drink, has been gaining worldwide attention from gourmets and connoisseurs in recent years and continues to grow rapidly in popularity.
As a passionate sake lover, I also bring hands-on experience from working at a 300-year-old sake brewery in Japan, combined with the knowledge I gained as a certified Sake Sommelier. With this background, I came to the Netherlands to introduce and share the beauty of authentic Japanese sake with everyone here.
