The Uncharted Whisky company is an independent whisky bottler with a passion for single malts from off the beaten path. Operated exclusively by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos from the quaint village of Fintry, Scotland, we love seeking out the weird, the wonderful and the extraordinary.
The Whisky Tasting Event
Jack and Dana will present four whiskies from their limited green label range as well as one extra special whisky that is currently on pre-order.
Join us at Daan’s Drinks for an intimate evening of whisky exploration with Jack and Dana, founders of Uncharted Whisky and expert in premium Scottish whiskies. Discover a curated selection of artisanal whiskies, learn about distilling traditions and regional styles, and enjoy guided tastings in a relaxed, personal setting.
Limited to 15 guests, this exclusive event is a rare opportunity to deepen your appreciation of Scottish whisky with insights from two of the Scotlands leading voices in Scottish Indie Whisky culture.
Guests will also have the opportunity to buy bottles of the Uncharted Whisky from Daan's Drinks after the event.

The Uncharted Whisky Company was founded by partners; Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos. We have been working for years in Scotland’s booming drinks industry across what seems like countless different roles.
However, we’ve now settled on doing exclusively that which we love- indy bottling of cracking whisky.
