Two rare Mexican spirits for the curious agave drinker. Raicilla is a traditional agave spirit from the coast and mountains of Jalisco, often fruity and funky. Sotol is not agave at all: it is distilled from the desert spoon plant (Dasylirion) that grows wild in Chihuahua and northern Mexico, giving an earthy, herbal, mineral profile.
