Smoky, characterful mezcal made from espadín and wild agaves by Mexican mezcaleros. A sipping spirit with real sense of place, and a brilliant twist in a Negroni or Margarita.

Mezcal is agave spirit in its most traditional form. Agave hearts are roasted in earthen pits, which gives many mezcals their characteristic smoky note, then crushed, fermented and distilled, often by small family producers in Oaxaca. Espadín is the most common agave, but wild varieties bring very different flavours.
