Joseph Cartron Violette Liqueur

A premium French liqueur from Burgundy that captures the delicate, elegant flavour of violets. Joseph Cartron extracts essential oils from violet petals, processes them into an aromatic paste, and distils the result at low pressure in a small copper pot. Neutral distillate from sugar beets and crystalline sugar are then added, creating a harmonious and balanced liqueur with a vivid purple hue.

Serve chilled or over ice, or use as a cocktail ingredient — it pairs beautifully with the Aviation and adds a floral dimension to desserts and ice cream.
