Through careful brewing, fermentation, and barrel aging, this “bread of yesterday” is transformed into a rich, smooth spirit with impressive depth. Aged in oak barrels, it develops a beautiful golden color and reveals elegant notes of vanilla, caramel, and stone fruit.
