The Crab & The Monkey is a bière de coupage from De Kromme Haring, the Utrecht microbrewery known for blending young and barrel aged beer, here in a generous 70cl bottle.
At 7.8% ABV, this blended farmhouse ale brings rustic saison character together with the depth that mature, wood-aged beer adds to the blend.
Share the bottle at the table and pour gently into wine glasses. A beer for slow, thoughtful drinking.
