Tripletail is a barrel aged tripel from De Kromme Haring in Utrecht, part of the brewery's Cambrian Series.
At 9.0% ABV, time in the barrel gives this Belgian-style tripel extra depth and complexity on top of its warming strength.
Pour it gently into a chalice or wine glass and let it warm up a little. One for the end of the evening.
