La Jomon Junmai-shu

La Jomon Junmai-shu is an expressive, small-batch sake from Yamagata Prefecture, offering soft aromas of steamed rice, melon and gentle florals. Smooth, balanced and lightly umami-driven, it has clean acidity and a refreshing finish, making it approachable for both new and experienced sake drinkers.

Brewed by a boutique producer in Yamagata City — founded in 2008 on the site of a historic Hirashimizu-yaki pottery kiln — La Jomon reflects true artisanal craftsmanship. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, and pair with sushi, seafood, tempura or light Japanese dishes.
