Lindheim Impure Rouge

Lindheim Impure Rouge is a cider from Lindheim Ølkompani in Gvarv, Telemark, Norway. It undergoes oak ageing with wild yeast followed by maturation on raspberries, Schaarbeek cherries and haskap berries.

At 7% ABV, it offers red and blue fruit, a tart dry palate and an oak-influenced finish with a little malt sweetness. Pour lightly chilled into a wine glass for a tasting alongside sour beers or fruit ciders.
