Louis Roque La Vieille Prune is an exquisite plum brandy crafted in Souillac, in the gastronomic heart of Quercy, southwest France. It’s double‑distilled in a bain‑marie copper still using a blend of three plum varieties—Ente, Mirabelle, and Reine‑Claude—then aged for 4–5 years in 400L oak casks. With no sugar added, the resulting eau‑de‑vie showcases pure plum expression at 42% ABV.

This brandy bursts with bold fruit and nutty marzipan notes from the plum pits, layered atop a deep, oaky base accented by raisins, Chinese five‑spice, licorice root, and ripe prunes—a rich, complex profile that elegantly bridges fruit and spice.
