Genèvre de Wambrechies — 3 Year Old

Distilled since 1817 in Wambrechies, northern France, this is a powerful and warm genèvre with a lot of character. Matured for 3 years, it delivers intense aromas of juniper berries, cereals and breadcrumbs — quite dry in the mouth with a rather short, clean finish.

Its strong, pronounced and warm taste evokes the personality of people from the North. It can be enjoyed chilled, pure as an apéritif or digestif, in cocktails, or used in cooking to deglaze or flambé strong meat. It also pairs beautifully with Nordic dishes and smoked fish.
