Koueigiku Mikumo Sake

Koueigiku Mikumo is a lively sake brewed with 100% Miyama Nishiki rice. It opens with a rich fruity aroma and a juicy palate, where hints of aloe and grape-like acidity bring lift to its clear, smooth sweetness.

A lightly bitter, green finish keeps the sweetness fresh and refreshing. At 13% ABV, Mikumo is enjoyable chilled or allowed to warm slightly towards room temperature, when its gentle sweetness comes through.
