The result is a fragrant, sparkling plum liqueur of extraordinary complexity.

Built on a base of Saga Prefecture plums and white grapes, the Aromatics Suite is woven from 11 botanical elements: seasonal peaches, plum blossoms, osmanthus, rose petals, jasmine tea, black tea, lemongrass, ginger, bergamot peel, shochu, and sake. Each layer adds depth, florality, and a sparkling fruitiness that makes this as elegant as a fine aperitif.
